All items are made to order. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for sizing, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and further information.
Because all items are made to order, please allow:
- 2–5 business days for production
- 3–8 business days for U.S. shipping
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping option chosen.
We are not responsible for lost/stolen/damaged packages. Please contact the carrier if you have issues arise after item is shipped.

How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size chart on each product page. Because items are made to order, we cannot accept exchanges for sizing.
Are your shirts unisex or women’s fit?
Most designs are printed on unisex tees for a relaxed, comfortable sideline fit. Check the product description for details.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Orders go into production quickly. Contact us within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to help.

Can you create items with our team or school logo?
Yes! We offer custom sets for sports teams, PTO groups, schools, and organizations. Click the Contact button to request a quote.
Do you offer bulk or package pricing for teams or groups?
Yes, package options are available for group and team orders.
Can you match our school colors?
We will do our best to match colors as closely as possible based on available garment options.

How should I wash my apparel?
Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low to preserve the design.
Will the design fade or crack?
Our prints are made to last with proper care, but natural wear may occur over time.
